COVID19 Extra Measures

COVID19 has deeply impacted everyday life, with implications for many industries - especially the restaurant world.  We have always handled the safety of our guests and colleagues with the utmost seriousness.  Below are extra steps we're taking to ensure safety for all:

  • Increased hand washing, sanitizing, and constant glove use by staff
  • Reminding employees to stay home in the event of any illness for up to two weeks
  • Asking employees to avoid others who may be ill
  • Three times daily deep disinfection of all kitchen surfaces, equipment, doors, bathrooms, customer surfaces (such as door handles), and other high-touch areas
  • HOURLY mandatory hand washing breaks in addition to standard hand washing procedures
  • Thermometers on-site at Calissa and Amali kitchens to check for fever of any employee who seems sick 
  • Hand sanitizer or wipes available at the phone station and POS station
